在網(wǎng)購(gòu)盛行的今天,越來越多的商家都希望能夠參與其中,分得一杯羹。據(jù)說,國(guó)外一些大超市都開始在各地開設(shè)專為網(wǎng)購(gòu)顧客配貨的分店。這些分店不對(duì)外開放,英文叫做dark store。
The dark stores, which are laid out in the same manner as normal stores, are used exclusively by staff doing virtual shopping for online customers, not accessible to the public.
“幕后店”(dark store)是專為在線購(gòu)物顧客配貨的店面,其陳列方式與常規(guī)商店并無不同,但不對(duì)外開放。
Instead of the public browsing up and down the aisles, teams of store workers push their own trolleys around as they complete shopping lists every day. There are no check outs and there's not the same point of sale advertising but they are set out in the same way so their staff can find things.
每天在店里穿梭瀏覽商品的不是顧客,而是推著手推車為顧客配貨的店員。這樣的“幕后店”不設(shè)收銀處,也沒有任何促銷宣傳,不過為了方便員工搜尋貨物,其陳列商品的方式與常規(guī)商店一致。
