無(wú)法忍受某種聲音的“恐音癥”

金屬劃過(guò)玻璃的聲音，汽車(chē)緊急剎車(chē)的聲音，隔壁裝修的電鉆聲......生活中總有一些聲音讓我們無(wú)法忍受，一聽(tīng)到就會(huì)做出一些過(guò)激反應(yīng)?？赡軓哪撤N程度上說(shuō)，我們都患有“恐音癥”。

Do nails on a chalkboard make you cringe? Imagine if a sound could make you panic or fly into a rage.
指甲劃過(guò)黑板的聲音是否讓你難以忍受？或許有種聲音會(huì)讓你驚恐或者勃然大怒。

This is the case with misophonia -- a strong dislike or hatred of specific sounds.
這種情況就叫“恐音癥”，也就是對(duì)于某種特定聲音強(qiáng)烈的憎惡感。

Misophonia, also known as selective sound sensitivity syndrome, starts with a trigger. It could be an oral sound like whistle, or an annoying sound made by people like scratching a chalkboard with nails.
恐音癥，也叫選擇性聲音敏感綜合征，其實(shí)都是有個(gè)觸發(fā)點(diǎn)的。這個(gè)觸發(fā)點(diǎn)可能是某種口頭發(fā)出的聲音，比如，口哨聲；也可能是人們制造出來(lái)的某種惱人的聲音，比如用指甲劃過(guò)黑板的聲音。

When a person with misophonia is exposed to a sound in their trigger set, it results in an immediate negative emotional response. This response can range from moderate discomfort to acute annoyance or go all the way up to full-fledged rage and panic. While experiencing a trigger event, a person may become agitated, defensive or offensive, distance themselves from the trigger or possibly act out and express anger or rage at the source of the offending sound.
當(dāng)患有恐音癥的人聽(tīng)到那種讓他們?cè)鲪旱穆曇魰r(shí)，會(huì)立即出現(xiàn)負(fù)面的情緒反應(yīng)。這種負(fù)面情緒可能是一般的不適感，也可能是極度的焦躁，或者勃然大怒、極度恐慌。遇到觸發(fā)他們恐音癥的聲音時(shí)，這些人可能會(huì)對(duì)這個(gè)聲音來(lái)源表現(xiàn)出憤怒、防范、攻擊或者疏遠(yuǎn)的舉動(dòng)。
