根據(jù)《聯(lián)合國(guó)憲章》，秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)必須首先由安理會(huì)推薦，然后由聯(lián)大任命(Under the UN Charter, the UN secretary-general shall be appointed by the GA upon the recommendation of the Security Council)。安理會(huì)將于今年7月開(kāi)始其遴選過(guò)程。
